Trustees
The legal rights of the congregation are vested in the Trustees. The Trustees are responsible to hire and supervise the church employees. The Trustees hold, protect, insure, maintain, and keep all congregational facilities and equipment in repair. They perform those duties, on behalf of the congregation, as required by law.

Library Cleanup
Several items have been discarded. Bookshelves need to be cleared of outdated materials (DVD's, cassette tapes, oxidized publications, old trophies, boxes of old decorative materials, old missions materials....). A committee needs to be established to execute this cleanup effort.
Sanctuary
Large speakers in the rear are non-functional and need to be restored to service. Wire tracing is ongoing. Once the wire path is identified, a new wire path will be run and connected to the sound system amplifiers.
Sanctuary Wing West Wall Refurb
Patch abandoned stained glass window openings resulting from the HVAC upgrade Project. Remove stained glass for onny's desired retention and patch the wall opening holes - Waiting for Sonny and Bob to remove the stained glass. The reapair materials are purchased and stage at the work site.
Basement Activities Room
Many items need to be discarded as they are outdated, unuseable, and damaged. A committee needs to be established to execute this cleanup effort.
